Delegations from Russia and Ukraine have arrived in Turkey for a fresh round of peace talks set to take area in Istanbul Tuesday.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has referred to he is inclined to discuss his country's neutrality to convey an end to the conflict "directly." although, over the weekend, he noted he would now not sacrifice his country's territorial integrity.
in the meantime, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has referred to Moscow couldn't talk about "growth yet," but said "the very incontrovertible fact that it turned into decided to proceed the talks in person is actually critical."
In an interview with PBS, Peskov clarified on Moscow's stance on using nuclear weapons, saying Russia would best believe the use of nuclear weapons if there is a danger to the "existence of the state in our country." but he talked about that "any influence of the operation (in Ukraine), of route isn't a reason behind usage of a nuclear weapon."
On th e ground, Britain's ministry of protection pointed out Ukrainian forces have been seeing "some success" with localized counter attacks to the north west of Kyiv, together with in Irpin, the place native officers talked about the metropolis had pushed out Russian forces.
